These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile and desktop applications (“Apps”) and websites (“Websites”) operated by Designed to Be Kind Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company.
By using our Apps or Websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
We develop and publish educational software, including the Leomi vocabulary learning app. Our Apps are designed to help you learn through spaced repetition and adaptive review.
Using Our Apps
You may use our Apps for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Apps
- Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our Apps or their content
Accounts and Purchases
Our Apps may offer optional premium features available through in-app purchases. These purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in our Apps and Websites are owned by Designed to Be Kind Studio LLC or our licensors. “Designed to Be Kind” is a trademark of Designed to Be Kind Studio LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Content Accuracy
Our Apps provide vocabulary learning tools and spaced-repetition scheduling. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Our Apps are learning aids, not certified educational programs.
Availability
We aim to keep our Apps and Websites available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designed to Be Kind Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps or Websites. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps and Websites are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
